I'm so glad you posted the forecast on facebook! My plan would have been totally inadequate for that weather. I think I'll break out a matelasse petticoat (or make one that I've had the matelasse for...for like a year!) and make a cotton jacket to go with it. I'll have to get with Chris and see if she's still up for coming along. She's awfully cold sensitive and wanted to wear her white regency dress. So I'll add 'maybe a spencer' to my sewing list!
