That horrible moment when...

...you realize you just knocked over your glass of lemonade onto the project you're working on, as well as all the components you had neatly organized conveniently nearby that were for that project.  Yep, Murphy's at my house right now.  I'm gonna take a breather for a few minutes, and then carry on with a (hopefully) clearer head and a glass of water placed FAR from my workspace.

I think it's OK. There wasn't much sugar in the lemonade, so rinsing it in cold water right away and letting it air dry (outside...didn't take long at all!) pretty much did the trick. Figures it'd be for a customer who came by for a fitting this evening. The drink went all over her stays, the three strips of bias binding that I still need to attach, and one sleeve of her bodice. I didn't mention the incident, and she didn't seem to notice anything. Even if there had been something amiss, she's also a dear friend so I bet she'd cut me some slack. ;) Anyway, I think I'm in the clear!
